Burt Beautiful Meeting

What’s happening in Burt? The Burt Federated Women’s Club President, LeeAnn Cesaro received $700 from Burt Beautiful to buy 3 round folding tables and a cart for the Burt Activity Complex completing a set of 10 tables that seat 8 people each. The Burt Bulletin, written weekly by Callie Monson, received $1,100 from Burt beautiful toward a pickle ball court. Over the past 3 years with only 8 one-hour meetings, Burt Beautiful has donated money for: a “Welcome Sign” on the east end of town with a “Thank You for coming” on the reverse side, soup bowls, booster seats, rubber mats, coffee pots, etc. to replenish the Burt Activity Complex kitchen, Solar Lights on the north and south side of the Burt Township Cemetery, the sandblasting and painting of 40 fire hydrants, and the Ultimate Selfie Picture Frame at the Complex, cushioned chairs for the kitchen on the Complex, and Burt Little League bleachers and concessions.
